Privacy notice

Who this is for

Pitchpress is used by coaches, parents and carers at MNYFC to log matches together. Accounts are for adults (18+) only.

What we keep about you

• Your email address, so we can send you sign-in links. There is no password.
• What the team should call you. We ask for a nickname such as "Coach A", not your real name.
• Which teams you belong to and your role (lead coach, coach, or parent or carer).
• When you last signed in, and when you accepted this notice.
• A record of team changes, such as who invited or removed whom.
• If you register with an invite code: the nickname you gave and when you accepted this notice, held until you first sign in and then kept on your account. A request to coach a team, until the lead coach decides. A club invite that lets you create teams.

Children

Pitchpress never asks for children's names, photos or dates of birth, and you agree not to enter any. Match logs for the youngest age groups (U7 to U11) are shown to team members only.

How long we keep it

• Team list entries that were never used or were removed, and removed memberships: 90 days.
• Coach requests: cancelled after 90 days if nobody decides, then removed 90 days after they were decided or cancelled.
• Club invites that were never used: 90 days.
• Accounts nobody has signed in to for 13 months are closed.

Closed accounts can no longer sign in. Records are removed in a later clean-up.

Emails

We only email you sign-in links you or your invite asked for. We don't send marketing.

Questions or removal

Ask your lead coach or the club welfare officer. They can remove you from a team at any time.
